About This
- Smoke Daddy 8-Inch portable grilling accessory attaches to any grill and allows you to customize the flavor and intensity of the smoke. Performs great in cold or hot temperatures so you can smoke anything from cheese to brisket. Height 11-1/2", diameter 2-7/8"
- Universal fit BBQ accessory fits all significant pellet smokers and grills, including Camp Chef, Z Grill, Traeger, Pit Boss, Grilla Grills, Lonestar Grills, Yoder Grills, Asmoke, and Masterbuilt. Ceramic Adapter for Kamado grills and The Big Green Egg is sold separate. Easily attach to your smoker or BBQ grill by drilling a 1-1/8" hole and insert the outlet tube, step drill bit included.
- Smoke Daddy smoker accessories are made with heavy gauge SCH 40 6061 precision machined aluminum for a proper seal and long life. Includes stainless steel cleaning brush for cleaning inside the smoker barrel. Holds 2 cups of fuel and can be refilled at any time during the smoking process without having to relight it or open your smoker.
- Adjustable air pump allows you to control the intensity of the smoke output. Included spring baffle creates a clear channel for airflow to provide a high-quality smoke flavor. Use small wood chips or wood chunks of your favorite hardwoods to achieve that perfect flavor. Once lit, adjust the air pump for continuous flavorful smoke.
