About This
- EXTRA LARGE CARVING BOARD - Oversized 24 x 18 inch surface is made for professional and home chefs. Perfect size for carving meats, pulling pork, BBQ ribs, briskets, fish and vegetables. At 3/4" thick, this board will not easily slide around when cutting.
- JUICE GROOVE - Helps prevent mess counters with a deep grooved channel that holds liquids and trimmings when cutting meats. The drip well can also be used to hold juices for gravy and stock. Reversible back side is flat.
- SIZE AND WEIGHT WARNING - This board is TOO BIG for many customers! Please understand that 24 x 18 inches is LARGE and does not fit in sinks or dishwashers. Many find it TOO HEAVY and hard to handle. If you have doubts, please measure first.
