- OUTER JUICE GROOVE - The grooved drip well helps prevents liquids from running off the board and making a mess on your tables and countertops. No more dealing with wet towels or cutting over the sink.
- RESTAURANT APPROVED - All Thirteen Chef cutting boards are NSF stamped and certified for food service. Made from HDPE (high density polyethylene), this carving board is resistant to warping and is superior to consumer grade plastics. Can withstand commercial dishwashers up to 180F sustained.
- USAGE WARNING - Please be aware that serrated knives, meat cleavers and heated metal (hot pans) will damage all HDPE plastic (including this cutting board). Cutting boards are not invincible and will show wear, especially if used for intense meat processing.
