- HUGE XL SIZE – Massive 30 x 18 cutting board is great for BBQs, carving meats, processing game, fishing and food service. Half inch thick plastic is solid, durable and sturdy for reliable use in the kitchen or outside.
- CARVING JUICE GROOVE - Helps prevent mess counters with a deep grooved channel that holds liquids and trimmings when cutting meats and carving turkey roasts, ribs and BBQ. The drip well can also be used to hold juices for gravy and stock.
- LARGE SIZE WARNING – The biggest complaint is that this cutting board is too big and too heavy (the board weighs 10 pounds). It will NOT fit in dishwashers and can be difficult to wash. Please measure out 30" in your kitchen to see if it fits first.
