- HUGE XL SIZE – Massive 30 x 18 cutting board is great for BBQs, carving meats, processing game, fishing and food service. Half inch thick black plastic is solid, durable and sturdy for reliable use in the kitchen or outside.
- GROOVED WELL - Outer grooved channel helps prevent mess by holding liquids when carving turkeys, roasts, ribs and BBQ meats. The drip groove can also be used to hold juices for gravy and stock.
- PROFESSIONAL GRADE - Stamped with NSF certification for use in restaurants and food service settings. Safe for use in commercial dishwashers up to 200F. However, do not use with serrated knives, boiling water or hot pans as plastic will be damaged.
- OVERSIZE WARNING – Extra long board does NOT fit in home dishwashers, sinks or cabinets. Washing may be difficult for smaller individuals and weighs 10 pounds. This cutting board is intended for professional chefs, grill masters, hunters and fishermen.
