- Small Pizza Stone: Unicook 12”round pizza stone, 0.4"(10mm) thick, is made of Cordierite and heat resistant up to 1,450℉(787℃). The pizza stone can be used on gas & charcoal grills, and in conventional and outdoor ovens
- Even Heat Distribution: The baking stone distributes heat evenly and maintains high temperatures for consistent cooking to prevent hot spots. No more soggy middles or burnt edges
- Absorbs Moisture: The porous surface of the oven stone absorbs excess moisture from pizza dough, creating a crispy, golden pizza crust
- Versatility: It is ideal for baking fresh and frozen pizzas, bread, rolls, cookies, tortillas, and more. The smooth surface can be reversed for use on both sides
- Dual Purpose Stainless Steel Rack: This convenient carry rack is made of stainless steel, makes transporting the pizza quick and easy. When placed in the opposite direction, it can also be used as a serving stand
