- 16 Inch Large Pizza Stone: Measuring 16 inches round and 0.47" (12mm) thick, this Unicook pizza stone is crafted from natural cordierite and heat resistant up to 1,450℉(787℃). Be sure to measure your grill and oven's interior and choose a stone that fits comfortably with at least 1 inch of clearance on all sides
- Even Heat Distribution: The baking stone distributes heat evenly and maintains high temperatures for consistent cooking to prevent hot spots. No more soggy middles or burnt edges
- Absorbs Moisture: The porous surface of the large oven stone absorbs excess moisture from pizza dough, creating a crispy, golden pizza crust
- Versatility: The pizza stone can be used on gas & charcoal grills, and in conventional and outdoor ovens. It is ideal for baking fresh and frozen pizzas, bread, rolls, cookies, tortillas, and more. The smooth surface can be reversed for use on both sides
- Dual Purpose Stainless Steel Rack: This convenient carry rack makes transporting the pizza quick and easy. When placed in the opposite direction, it can also be used as a serving stand
