- Compatibility: Replacement trapezoid control board designed for Pit Boss 3-Series, 4-Series, 5-Series, and 7-Series Copperhead vertical wood pellet smokers, including models PBV3P1, PBV4PS1, PBV5P1, PBV5PW1, and PBV7P1. Compatible with Copper Walmart versions, but not compatible with the ONYX Edition.
- PID Programs: Choose between two PID versions (4PP, 7PP) for precise temperature control in 1°F increments. Adjust and fine-tune your grill’s temperature remotely via the WiFi-enabled app for perfect results every time.
- Timer & Meat Probe Target Temperature Setting: The built-in timekeeping program helps you master cooking time; you can set the meat probe target temperature, and the control unit will alarm when the actual temperature reaches the set temperature
- Advanced Fault Detection & Safety: Automatically monitors connected components for faults like bad contacts, short circuits, or power issues with instant alarms, plus real-time dashboard tracking for igniter, fan, motor, and RTD probe status. Features Auto Cool Down Assistant that runs the fan post-cook to prevent fuel pipe scorching and hopper backfires for safer, worry-free grilling.
- Pellet-Saving Efficiency: PID technology actively manages fan and auger modulation to reduce pellet consumption while maintaining precise temperature control. Get fuel-efficient grilling without sacrificing accuracy.
- Note:The built-in fault detection system identifies abnormal load currents and stops the device operation. In case of a fault, you can temporarily bypass the detection by turning off the system, but it is recommended to replace the faulty part promptly to avoid disrupting normal use.
